SHIPPING - ORGINAL PAINTINGS & PRINTS
Thenk you for purchasing my artwork!
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your artwork to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number when your original painting or print is on the way.
All artwork is securely packed in protective packaging inside cardboard to ensure its safe arrival.
All prints will be carefully packed with tissue paper, rolled and sent to you directly in a rigid mailing tube.
When I book couriers your artwork is fully insured against loss and damage. This policy is valid for the time the artwork is in transit.
All shipping requires a signature on delivery.

International shipping is available on request to several countries.
If you require international shipping, please contact Tonia via this link, and a quote will be provided.
We are not responsible for and do not include possible taxes and duties which could be applied by customs in the destination country. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer..
Please check with your country’s customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved.
Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind.
All artwork is handled with the. utmost care during the creation, printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstances of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.
Send immages of damaged packaging and art and I will replace your print with an identical one. For originals or small originals that are damaged during transit, I will replace it with a commission.
Giclée Prints
The original work has been finely scanned and is available as a Giclée Archival print on either heavy, textured, 310 gsm Hahnemühle cotton rag paper, or unstretched, matt finish, 400 gsm Hahnemühle Daguerre poly cotton canvas.
Prints are available in various sizes as outlined in each print’s information and the overall size includes a 5 cm border.
Your Giclée print is printed to order, individually signed by Tonia on the front in the white border, together with the date and title of the artwork.

Sophie Series Giclée Prints
Sophie reproductions are Limited Edition Giclée Archival prints with the editions listed below.
52 x 70 cm limited edition run of 50
70 x 94 cm limited edition run of 50
94 x 119 cm limited edition run of 50
They are available on either -
heavy 300 gsm Natural Entrada cotton rag paper, or
unstretched, matt finish, poly cotton, 400 gsm Hahnemühle Daguerre Canvas.
Framing
Original paintings
We can arrange a timber floating frame to be added to your painting prior to shipping, for an additional cost. Some of the original paintings include a timber floating frame. Please check in the description of the artwork.

Giclée prints
All Giclée prints include a 5 cm white border in the overall size listed. If your print is on cotton rag paper, then a mat isn’t required when framing.
On canvas prints, the 5 cm border is wrapped around the frame when stretched and is then ready to hang. If preferred, your framer can add a timber floating frame.
Display of certain prints in interiors on this website without borders illustrates a different look should you want to display a print without a white border — discuss this option with your framer.
For customers residing in Australia, we can arrange the stretching of your canvas print, for an additional cost, so your artwork is ready to hang when you receive it. If preferred, we can also arrange for a timber floating frame to be added.
We don’t arrange the framing of prints under glass due to its fragility when shipping.
