 Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please,

  • email me straight away if there is an issue

  • photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside

  • send images within 7 days to toniasanft@gmail.com and I will replace your print with an identical one.

For originals that are damaged during transit, I will replace it with a commission.

If you are returning an undamaged artwork, the cost to return the artwork will be at your own expense.  We recommend using a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot provide a refund until the item has been received.

If returning an undamaged artwork, email photographs of the front and back of the artwork to Tonia.

  • The artwork must be returned in strong, secure and protective packaging, without damage. I use Pack and Send for larger pieces and highly recommend them to return a larger piece if you are unsure on how to safely package artworks. 

  • Once the artwork has been received by me and checked over you will receive a refund of the cost of the artwork within 2-5 working days.

Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Every attempt is made to photograph my artwork as accurately as possible to its true state, however, colour, contrast, brightness, cast, and tone will vary on different screens. I take several photographs of each piece in an effort to portray my art as true as possible.

Please also ensure you check the size of the artwork and measure your space before purchasing. I make every effort to display artwork as close to scale as possible in any in-situ room pics, but they may not be 100% accurate or I may have added a frame to give you an idea of how it will look framed. Framing is included only where written in the description.

Occasionally there may be information on the Tonia Sanft website or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

It may not be distributed, printed or copied (for personal or corporate use) without permission.

Modifications to the service and prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
